Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Our commitment

We want every visitor, including people with disabilities, to receive equal service, and we work to make this site accessible in the spirit of Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998) and its Service Accessibility Regulations (2013).

Standard and level

The site has been adapted with the aim of meeting Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0, at level AA. As a complementary testing target we also used WCAG 2.2 level AA.

The adjustments and tests described here were carried out by us. The site has not yet been reviewed by a certified accessibility consultant or an external auditor, so we do not claim full conformance with the standard.

What has been adjusted

  • Semantic page structure: headings in hierarchical order, defined page regions, and the language and reading direction declared on every page, in Arabic, Hebrew and English.
  • A "Skip to content" link at the start of every content page.
  • Full keyboard operation, including the phone navigation menu, language choice, FAQ, photo gallery and cookie settings window, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Pop-up windows (gallery, cookie settings, accessibility menu) keep focus inside, close with the Esc key and return focus to where they were opened from.
  • Text alternatives for content images; purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • In the contact form: a label for every field, a visible note that all fields are required, text error messages linked to their field, and a success or failure message announced to screen readers.
  • Text contrast was measured and corrected to at least 4.5:1 for regular text.
  • The layout adapts to a 320-pixel width without horizontal scrolling, and text can be enlarged without loss of content.
  • The site respects the operating system's "reduce motion" setting: entrance and movement animations are switched off.
  • Accessibility menu (the floating button): text size up to 200%, text spacing, readable font, highlighted links and headings, dark and light contrast, and on computers a large cursor and reading guide. The menu is a convenience; it does not replace making the site itself accessible.

Testing scope

The latest test was carried out on October 21, 2026, on every page of the site in all three languages:

  • Automated scan with axe-core (version 4.10.3) against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 level A and AA rules, at desktop and phone sizes, including open states: menus, FAQ, gallery, cookie notice and settings window, accessibility menu and form error messages.
  • A keyboard pass over every control on the home pages, checking that the focus indicator is visible and not hidden.
  • Contrast measured on the rendered page, layout checked at a 320-pixel width, and text enlarged to 200%.
  • Browser engines: Chromium (Chrome, Edge) and WebKit (Safari).

The site has not yet been tested with a screen reader (such as NVDA, VoiceOver or TalkBack), nor in the Firefox browser.

Known limitations

  • Links to WhatsApp, Waze, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook lead to third-party services whose accessibility we do not control. Some external links open in a new tab.
  • Gallery result photos have a general description of the treatment type, not a detailed description of each photo.
  • The site restricts copying of marketing text and saving of images. This does not apply to form fields or contact details. If it gets in your way, contact us and we will send you the information another way.
