1. Who is responsible for the information

The website manarlashes.com belongs to the business “Manar Lash & Brow” — a lash and brow academy and clinic run by Manar. Address: Kafr Yasif. Phone: 052-299-1120. Email: manarlashes1@gmail.com.

2. What we collect and why

When you fill in the “Leave your details” form, we receive:

• Your full name and phone number, which you enter yourself.
• The type of request (“Treatment” or “Course”) and what you’re interested in, from a fixed list.
• Your confirmation that you are asking us to contact you and have read this policy (a required checkbox to submit the form).
• Technical data attached to the request: the page’s language and path. The time of sending is recorded in the email message.

The only purpose: for Manar to contact you about your request. We do not use this information for marketing and we do not add you to any mailing list.

In addition, when you browse the site, the hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to run and protect the site (including limiting repeated form submissions from the same address) and to diagnose faults. We do not use this data to identify you.

3. Do you have to provide the information?

No. There is no legal obligation to provide this information; providing it depends on your wish and consent. Without a name and phone number we cannot reply to a form request, and you can always contact us directly on WhatsApp or by phone instead.

4. Who receives the information

• Vercel Inc. — hosts the site and runs the service that receives the form. This service runs on servers in the United States, and server logs are kept there for a short period according to the provider’s settings.
• Resend — the email-sending service that delivers your request to Manar’s inbox. According to its published documentation, it stores the content and logs of sent messages in the United States for 30 days, with backups kept for up to 7 additional days.
• Google (Gmail) — the request arrives in Manar’s Gmail inbox and is stored there.
• Manar — reads the request and contacts you.

We do not sell the information or share it with anyone else for marketing purposes. External links on the site (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Waze, Google Maps) take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Processing outside Israel

The services above run on servers outside Israel, so the information you send through the form is processed, and may be stored, outside Israel, including in the United States.

6. How long we keep information

The site itself keeps no database of requests. The request email stays in Manar’s inbox for as long as it is needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows from it (a course or a treatment), and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time. At Resend and Vercel, copies and logs are kept for the periods described in section 4.

7. Your rights

• Right of access: you may ask to see the information held about you.
• Right to correction: if the information is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date, you may ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
• Deletion requests: you may ask for your request to be deleted from Manar’s inbox. We will handle it in accordance with the law, and we may need to keep certain information where the law requires it.

8. Information security

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Service keys are kept on the server side only, submitted data is validated on the server, and repeated form submissions are limited. We do not record names or phone numbers in server logs. No system can guarantee absolute protection, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the size of the business.

9. Storage on your device

The site does not use cookies or any analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Your device stores one essential key that records that you have seen the privacy notice, and, if you change a setting in the accessibility menu, a key that remembers those settings. Details are in the cookie policy.

10. Updates to this policy

We will update this policy when the information we collect, its purposes or the parties that receive it change. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
